学生情况:
 
许同学, 1985 年出生,大专毕业多年,公共管理专业,由于工作的企业偶尔会有和日本方面的接触,自己对日本很有兴趣,很想去日本真正学习生活。年初的时候来咨询日本留学事宜。
 
学生已是工作多年, 2 月份才来咨询日本留学事宜的,基本等于没有日语基础,只会几句简单的寒暄。由于学生年龄较大,不想在国内多耽误时间,希望能尽快进入到日本的语言学校进行学习,经过商量后,决定争取申请一下当年 10 月份语言学校的入学。
 
申请过程:
 
我们跟文案和外联老师就学生现状,商讨选校方案。学生 2 月才来找到我们,毕业时间较长,所以学历认证及考取日语等级就变得非常必要。文案老师打从一直提醒我,学生情况有一定难度,要督促学生好好学习日语,至少要考出 J-test 的 F 级。
 
从决定留学到最终提交申请材料都不到半年的时间,学生申请随递随签,申请材料提交较晚。文案老师在制作相关材料的时候,也仔细为学生工作经历和留学目的进行了说明,强调了学生的求学意志。
 
本以为应该不会有什么问题,结果出现了点波折。由于学历认证材料邮寄过程中,快递公司方面出现误差,导致学历认证到材料提交截止当天才出具,最后总算是有惊无险。
 
最初见面的时候学生日语基础薄弱,对自己学习语言方面也没有足够信心。好在学生对日本留学目标比较明确,对日语学习还是有一定动力的。
 
照当时的情况来看,考级方面其实还是很让人担忧的。那几个月,只要一有时间,我就邀请学生来公司,检查语言的学习进度,调整学习方法,期间还进行了抽查和简单考核。通过共同的努力,学生在短时间内,总算是通过了 F 级考试。
 
成绩单 7 月初一拿到手,立刻补交到大使馆,最终还是成功的赴日本的语言学校学习,跨出实现梦想的第一步。
 
申请的难点:
 
1、 毕业多年,年龄偏大,日本方面会比较怀疑留学的目的。
 
2、 无日语基础,切时间紧迫,能拿到等级的难度偏大。
 
3、 申请的时间过于仓促,很多学习也都满员,挑选的范围再度缩小。
 
申请的要点:
 
督促学生学习日语,做好语言方面学习的监督工作,要经常与学生保持联系,了解实际现状。及时联系文案和外联老师,了解院校招生情况,以更为准确的给学生制定留学的方案,制做相应的补充材料。对于学历等认证要多加注意,能提前进行的要尽早开始,留出充足的处理突发事件的时间。

Student situation:
 
Xu was born in 1985. He graduated from college for many years. He majored in public administration. Owing to occasional contacts with Japanese companies, he was very interested in Japan and wanted to really study and live in Japan. At the beginning of the year, I came to Japan to consult about studying abroad.
 
Students have been working for many years. They only came to Japan in February to consult about studying abroad. They basically have no Japanese foundation and only a few simple greetings. As the students are older and do not want to spend more time in China, they hope to enter Japanese language schools as soon as possible to study. After discussion, they decide to apply for admission to the language schools in October of that year.
 
Application process:
 
We discussed the school selection plan with the copywriting and outreach teachers on the current situation of the students. Students come to us only in February and graduate for a long time. Therefore, it is necessary for them to have a diploma certification and get a Japanese grade. The copywriting teacher always reminded me that the situation of the students is difficult. We should urge the students to study Japanese well, at least to pass the F grade of J-test.
 
It is less than half a year from the decision to study abroad to the final submission of application materials. Students'applications are accompanied by signatures, and application materials are submitted later. Text teachers in the production of relevant materials, but also carefully for the students'work experience and purpose of studying abroad were explained, emphasizing the students' willingness to learn.
 
I thought there would be no problem, but there were some twists and turns. Due to errors in the courier company during the process of sending certification materials, the certification of academic qualifications will not be issued until the deadline of submission of materials. When they first met, the students had a weak foundation in Japanese and were not confident enough in their language learning. Fortunately, students have a clear goal of studying in Japan, and they still have some motivation to learn Japanese.
 
According to the situation at that time, the exam is actually very worrying. In those months, whenever I had time, I invited students to come to the company to check the progress of language learning and adjust the learning methods. During the period, I also conducted spot checks and simple examinations. Through joint efforts, the students finally passed the F-level examination in a short time.
 
As soon as the transcript was obtained in early July, it was submitted to the Embassy immediately. Finally, it succeeded in studying in Japanese language schools and took the first step to realize its dream.
 
Difficulties in applying:
 
1. After graduation for many years, the Japanese will be more suspicious of the purpose of studying abroad.
 
2. Without Japanese foundation, it is very difficult to get a grade because of the urgent time.
 
3. The application time is too hasty, many studies are full, and the scope of selection is again narrowed.

To urge students to learn Japanese and supervise their language learning, they should keep in touch with students and understand the actual situation.
